About the Release
Melle-Aan-Zee is a lo-fi collection of improvised psychedelic jams from Belgian collective De Regering Van Treffelijke Zaken. Built from unusual tunings, looping bass, 12-string and electric guitars, percussion and drifting synths, the music moves between krautrock repetition, psych-folk textures and loose, exploratory passages. Recorded in 2021, the album captures the unpredictable energy of musicians responding to each other in the moment.

About the Artist
De Regering Van Treffelijke Zaken are a Ghent-based collective whose sporadic gatherings have produced a series of improvised recordings since the early 2020s. Their deliberately informal approach allows different musicians, instruments and ideas to come together without a fixed formula, resulting in music that moves freely between psychedelic folk, krautrock and experimental territory.
