About the Release
Negative Energy is the second album from post-punk trio Teens, following their self-titled debut. The album moves between post-punk, garage rock, noise rock and psychedelic rock, combining jagged guitars, driving bass, frenetic drums and dual vocals with a restless sense of momentum. Raw and uncompromising but never short on melody, Negative Energy captures Teens at their most focused.

About the Artist
Teens are a post-punk trio from Nipaluna/Hobart, Lutruwita/Tasmania. Shawn Arnold, Alex Davern and Jono Tate create music that is dynamic, balancing grit and vulnerability with intricacy and rawness. Beneath their deceptively chaotic exterior is a tightly controlled approach to tension, energy and atmosphere.
