Psychedelic Salad started off as a directory of local bookers and promoters of psych, stoner and doom, that was put together so independent bands don’t have to research this info when planning their tours.

As a fan, these bands give me a huge amount every single day, so it only seemed fair that I tried to give something back.

The idea then morphed to include a record label, with the first releases from Psychedelic Salad Records coming out in May 2020.

Along with psych, stoner and doom, the focus is on shoegaze, krautrock, drone, sludge, garage, surf, fuzz, experimental, space, desert, blues, post-rock and everything in between.

Psychedelic Salad Records has a worldwide presence, with distribution from both Hobart in Australia and Barreiro in Portugal.

In terms of the directories, over 200 local bookers and promoters are listed in Europe, representing 140 locations in 31 countries.

There are also more than 70 local bookers and promoters listed across 35 states and provinces in the USA and Canada, as well as directories for Australia and New Zealand and Latin America.
